So yesterday, as me and my room mate were coming home from our excursion to Pratt, we starting thinking about those less fortunate.
The main thing we were focusing on was the fact of how many people don’t have clean water.
To cleanse with.
To cook with.
To have at their homes.
At their fingertips.
Readily waiting at the turn of a knob.
Too many people don’t have this thing that we consider to be normal. They don’t know what it’s like to drink water that won’t hurt them. They don’t know what it’s like to be fully clean.
Because they don’t have access to the water resources that we, as Americans, do.
We think we might try to figure something out. Somehow we want to raise money so we can start building wells for people who need them. Maybe we’ll sell water bottles. Maybe we’ll just ask for donations.
But somehow we need to find a way to make it different than all the other organizations. Or maybe we can partner with some other organization. Who knows.
All we know is that we found this passion.
And it’s real.
If you feel inclined and would like to, please pray for us as we try to plan this and figure out what God really wants us to do. Thanks! :)
Stay fresh, God bless
