.. Yes they are a very big factor in every day life. If you have a bad one, get rid of it.
You honestly aren’t helping anything.
First of all, every person around you can feel that awful vibe you’re sending out.
Secondly, you are only making yourself feel worse because you are dwelling on it.
My suggestion? Let whatever is bugging you go. It’s not worth holding onto those hurtful feelings. Let it go and get a new perspective. Encourage someone. Smile. Just don’t let whatever went wrong effect your next moments because they are important.
That is all I guess. Have a better attitude you.. Crappy-attitude-y people!
